About Me

Having immersed myself in mental health settings in both the UK and abroad for a decade, my journey into mental health began with a focus on clinical psychology, mental health, forensics, and psychiatry. Alongside my insights in these domains, I have also pursued a degree in INternational law, providing me with a distinctive viewpoint on the legal aspects of mental health. This diverse knowledge base allows me to approach my work from various angles and deliver comprehensive care to all individuals I support.

With seven years of experience as a CQC Registered manager, a key strength of mine lies in my ability to effectively lead and empower my team. Drawing on my wealth of experience, I equip team members to provide top-notch care and support to those in need. I firmly believe in leveraging resources such as Recovery Action Plans, an integrative approach, and social prescribing to steer the treatment process. I advocate for an integrative mental health strategy that considers the physical, psychological, and social facets of an individual's well-being. By incorporating health-promoting lifestyle changes into my practice, I aim to enhance the overall quality of life for the individuals I work with.
